Progresif Fibre is our Home WiFi plans that gives you internet at a better value with speeds of 100Mbps, 200Mbps and 500Mbps.

For new customers, you have an option for;

  • No contract with one-time $100 installation fee, or
  • 12-month contract with free installation for all 1TB, 2TB and ZOOM plans.

For all plans (excluding Unlimited), once you have reached 100% of your data quota, your speed will be throttled to 1Mbps until the end of the month.

Alternatively, you may purchase a Data Add-on of 100GB for $10 to return to full speed.

1. Our 1TB Progresif Fibre plans will be offered at a promotional price from 1 September 2023 to 29 February 2024. Sign up during the promotion period and enjoy a discount on your plan for 12 months. See below for plan details:

Yes, your plan will include a fixed line with a rental of $10 every month charged to your bill.

Yes, you can pick your own fixed line number by providing the last four digits of your choice.

Yes, you can keep your number when you switch to Progresif.

It will take less than 24 hours, depending on our network provider UNN and their availability.

There is a one-time $100 installation fee for new customers. You have an option to waive your fee when you opt for a 12-month contract and are signed up to a 1TB, 2TB or ZOOM Plan.

 

If you are switching to Progresif, there will be no installation fee charges. However, any additional charge is subjected between you and the contractor assigned by UNN depending on the infrastructure needs of the location for installation.

 

Installation may take 1 to 7 days, depending on UNN’s third-party installation contractor. You will be provided a router if you are a new customer and signing up to a Home WiFi plan for the first time.

You have an option for;

  • No contract with one-time $100 installation fee, or
  • 12-month contract with free installation (U.P. $100) when you sign up to a 1TB, 2TB or ZOOM plan.

The speeds available are 100Mbps, 200Mbps and 500Mbps. However, your Home WiFi speed will be dependent on multiple factors such as distance to ONT, obstruction such as walls and objects that may cause interference with the WiFi signal and speed. Additionally, take note that as a standard offering, your provided ONT is capable of WiFi speeds up to 300Mbps and can reach 1GBPS via LAN cable (depending on plan selected).

You can purchase Data Add-ons by downloading the Progresif CARE+ app here and it will be charged to your bill. Our Data Add-ons are valid for 60 days, therefore any remaining data will be carried over to the next month.

Yes, you can. Please make sure that you are sending the SMS using the mobile number that you registered with. It does not have to be a Progresif mobile number.

You can check your data usage on the Progresif CARE+ app or through our website (link: https://progresif.com/broadband).

Yes, you will receive the following SMS notifications for the following:

– When you have used up 80% of your data

– When you have used up 100% of your data

In both cases, you will be prompted to add on more data.

You will only need to pay one month’s rental upfront.

Foreigners with Green IC will be required to pay a $100 deposit and present a valid original identity card with a minimum validity of 3 months. The deposit is refundable and is subjected to the our terms and conditions.

You will have to present a valid original Identity Card, a valid ID photo and proof of address document during sign up.

Yes, you can use your Progresif Fibre to access to Nationwide WiFi. You can login with your Progresif ID (Mobile number), Password and Service number (Fixed line number).

Yes, you can make a request to upgrade or downgrade your existing plan.

 

I currently have a Home WiFi Plan without contract and wish to upgrade:

  • There will be no processing fee as it is free.
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts

I currently have a Home WiFi Plan without contract and wish to downgrade:

  • There will be a $10.00 Administration Fee
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts.

I currently have a Home WiFi Plan with an existing contract and wish to upgrade:

  • There will be no processing fee as it is free.
  • Your contract will revert as the first month of a 12 or 18-month contract.
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts

I currently have a Home WiFi Plan with an existing contract and wish to downgrade:

  • There will be a $100.00 penalty fee
  • Your contract will revert as the first month of a 12 or 18-month contract.
  • You will be however required to pay any past due amounts.

 

Note: Existing customer with contract that tied to any device bundles will have to adhere to the following policy:

Credit Policy for Devices. Maximum device purchase per IC

  • One (1) $0 Device; and/or
  • One (1) Upfront Payment device; and/or
  • One (1) Device installment plan

Existing customers can apply for a re-contract after meeting a certain term/duration, i.e., example scenarios – customer can re-contract:

  • After the last successful 15 months of $0 device, and/or
  • After the last successful 12 months of Low Upfront Device Purchase, and/or
  • After the last successful 12 months of Device Installment Plan

No. Due to the change in plans, you will not be able to keep remaining data from your previous plan or Data Add-on when you change to a new plan.

You will have to pay off the remaining line rental fees based on the number of months left on your contract.

You still can continue with your plan after your contract ends.

Untuk pelanggan baru, awda mempunyai pilihan untuk;

  • Tiada kontrak dengan yuran pemasangan untuk satu kali $100, atau
  • Kontrak selama 12 bulan dengan pemasangan percuma bagi semua pelan-pelan 1TB, 2TB dan ZOOM.

Untuk semua pelan-pelan (tidak termasuk yang tanpa had), setelah awda mencapai 100% pada kuota data awda, kelajuan awda akan diturunkan ke 1Mbps hingga hujung bulan.

Awda boleh membeli Data Add-on 100GB pada $10 untuk kembali kepada kelajuan penuh.

Ya, awda boleh memilih nombor talian tetap awda dengan memberikan empat digit terakhir pilihan awda.

Ya, awda boleh kekalkan nombor awda apabila awda pindah ke Progresif.

Ia akan mengambil masa kurang dari 24 jam bergantung kepada ketersediaan pembekal rangkaian kami UNN.

Pelanggan baru akan diberikan caj pemasangan satu kali $100. Awda mempunyai pilihan untuk mengetepikan caj pemasangan jika awda memilih kontrak 12 bulan dan mendaftar ke pelan 1TB, 2TB atau ZOOM.

Jika awda pindah kepada Progresif, tiada caj pemasangan akan dikenakan. Walau bagaimanapun, sebarang caj tambahan tertakluk di antara awda dan kontraktor yang diberikan oleh UNN bergantung pada keperluan infrastruktur lokasi untuk pemasangan.

Pemasangan akan mengambil masa diantara 1 ke 7 hari tertakluk kepada kontraktor yang diberikan oleh UNN. Awda akan diberikan router jika awda pelanggan baru yang melanggan ke pelan Home WiFi buat pertama kali.

Awda mempunyai pilihan untuk;

  • Tiada kontrak dengan yuran pemasangan untuk satu kali $100, atau
  • Kontrak selama 12 bulan dengan pemasangan percuma (Harga asal $100) bagi semua pelan-pelan 1TB, 2TB dan ZOOM.

Kelajuan yang tersedia ialah 100Mbps, 200Mbps dan 500Mbps. Walau bagaimanapun, kelajuan WiFi Rumah awda akan bergantung pada pelbagai faktor seperti jarak ke ONT, halangan seperti dinding dan objek yang boleh menyebabkan gangguan pada isyarat dan kelajuan WiFi. Selain itu, ambil perhatian bahawa sebagai tawaran standard, ONT yang awda sediakan mampu berkelajuan WiFi sehingga 300Mbps dan boleh mencapai 1GBPS melalui kabel LAN (bergantung pada pelan yang dipilih).

Awda boleh membeli Data Add-on dengan memuat turun aplikasi Progresif CARE+ di sini dan ia akan dicaj ke bil awda. Data Add-on kami sah selama 60 hari, oleh itu baki data yang masih ada akan dibawa ke bulan berikutnya.

Ya, boleh. Sila pastikan awda menghantar SMS tersebut menggunakan nombor telefon yang awda berikan semasa pendaftaran. Ia tidak semestinya nombor telefon yang berdaftar ke Progresif.

Awda boleh menyemak penggunaan data awda melalui aplikasi Progresif CARE+ atau dari website kami (link: https://progresif.com/broadband).

Ya, awda akan menerima notifikasi melalui SMS berikut untuk perkara berikut:

– Apabila awda telah menggunakan 80% dari data awda

– Apabila awda telah menggunakan 100% dari data awda

Dalam kedua-dua kes, awda akan dicadangkan untuk menambah data.

Awda hanya perlu membayar sewa sebulan terlebih dahulu.

Warga asing dengan IC Hijau perlu membayar deposit $100 dan mengemukakan kad pengenalan asal dengan tempoh sah sekurang-kurangnya 3 bulan. Deposit akan dikembalikan dan tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat kami.

Awda perlu mengemukakan Kad Pengenalan yang sah, gambar ID yang sah dan document bukti alamat semasa mendaftar.

Ya, awda boleh menggunakan Progresif Fibre untuk mengakses WiFi Seluruh Negara. Awda boleh log masuk dengan Progresif ID (Nombor telefon), Kata laluan dan Nombor Servis (Talian tetap).

Ya, awda boleh membuat permintaan untuk menaik taraf dan menurunkan taraf pelan sedia ada awda.

Saya mempunyai pelan tanpa kontrak dan ingin menaik taraf:

  • Awda tidak dikenakan yuran pemprosesan. Ia adalah percuma.
  • Awda harus membayar jumlah tertunggak dari pelan yang sedia ada sebelum mendapatkan bundle.

Saya mempunyai pelan tanpa kontrak dan ingin menurunkan taraf:

  • Awda akan dikenakan yuran pentadbiran sebanyak $10.00
  • Awda harus membayar jumlah tertunggak dari pelan yang sedia ada sebelum mendapatkan bundle.

Saya mempunyai pelan dengan kontrak yang sedia ada dan ingin menaik taraf:

  • Tiada yuran pemprosesan akan dikenakan kerana ia adalah percuma.
  • Kontrak awda akan diperbaharui mengikut kontrak asal awda (12 atau 18 bulan)
  • Awda juga dikehendaki membayar sebarang bayaran yang tinggal

Saya mempunyai pelan dengan kontrak yang sedia ada dan ingin menurunkan taraf:

  • Awda dikenakan yuran penalti sebanyak $100.00
  • Kontrak awda akan diperbaharui mengikut kontrak asal awda (12 atau 18 bulan)

Nota: Bagi pelanggan Progresif yang sedia ada dengan kontrak peranti bundle dikehendaki mengikut peraturan dibawah:

Peraturan Kredit maksima bagi setiap pembelian peranti hanya untuk satu IC

  • Satu (1) Peranti; dan/atau
  • Satu (1) peranti Bayaran Pendahuluan; dan/atau
  • Satu (1) peranti Pelan Ansuran

Bagi pelanggan sedia ada, awda layak untuk memperbaharui kontrak jika awda memenuhi syarat atau tempoh tertentu. Ini termasuk seperti berikut:

  • Setelah berjaya mencapai 15 bulan terakhir pada berharga pendahuluan $0, dan/atau
  • Setelah berjaya mencapai 12 bulan terakhir pada pembelian dengan harga pendahuluan yang rendah, dan/atau
  • Selepas berjaya mencapai 12 bulan pada Pelan Ansuran Handset

Tidak. Disebabkan oleh perubahan dalam pelan, awda tidak akan dapat menyimpan baki data asas atau Data Add-on daripada pelan sebelumnya apabila awda menukar ke  pelan baru.

Awda masih boleh meneruskan pelan awda setelah kontrak awda tamat.

Maaf, kami tidak boleh memindah awda ke pelan-pelan Progresif Fibre buat masa ini. Walau bagaimanapun, kami boleh memberikan awda pilihan untuk Copper Broadband bundle di sini. (link: https://progresif.com/one-home-copper-bundle/)

Kami tidak lagi menggunakan kertas dan menawarkan perkhidmatan eBill kepada pelanggan kami yang boleh disemak melalui aplikasi Progresif CARE+ atau dihantar ke emel awda.
