Progresif Sdn Bhd (formerly Progresif Cellular Sdn Bhd) is a government-linked company under Darussalam Assets in Brunei Darussalam. Founded in 2014, Progresif started by offering cellular services and has since expanded operations to include the full spectrum of TelCo services and solutions to consumers, small and medium enterprises, and large-scale businesses. Since 2020, Progresif has been steadily progressing to be a digital lifestyle partner with the launch of Progresif CARE+, Brunei’s first self-care app with direct carrier billing features and in July 2024, Progresif introduced its e-wallet, Ding!, a new cashless payment feature integrated within the Progresif Care+ app. This innovative digital payment solution aims to enhance financial inclusion and empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as well as individual users in Brunei. Other products in the digital ecosystem include an events and ticketing platform, Progresif Events.
Progresif Enterprise serves as the business solutions arm, offering secure and scalable services in mobile, broadband, cloud, ICT, and cybersecurity. With strategic international partnerships, it delivers world-class solutions tailored for government and business clients.
Beyond technology, Progresif supports national development through its CSR pillars — Education, Arts & Culture, Entrepreneurship, and Environment — driving inclusive, sustainable progress across the nation. Our flagship initiatives, Donate Data and Adopt A School, are in partnership with the Ministry of Education, Brunei Darussalam, aimed to provide devices and connectivity for students and schools to ensure that the delivery of education is seamless.

In 2024, Progresif Ding! earned recognition in the APICTA Awards in the Banking, Insurance & Finance category. Meanwhile 2023 and 2022, Progresif received awards for 'Mobile Operator of the Year' and for the 'Marketing & Brand Initiative of the Year' at the Asian Telecom Awards. In 2022, Progresif won the 'Best Payments Initiative' for Progresif CARE+ mobile application at the Asia Communication Award. Additionally, in 2021, Progresif was awarded the 'Employee Experience of the Year' in The Asian Business Review's Asian Experience Award.

Every cycle featured a consistent prize structure, with a BND $15,000 grand prize awarded to the first-prize winner, followed by two BND $5,000 second prize and three BND $2,500 third prizes.
