On Monday 1 April 2024, Progresif Sdn Bhd held a Surah Yaasiin and Tahlil recitation ceremony for Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien ibni Al Marhum Sultan Muhammad Jamalul Alam and Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit binti AlMarhum Pengiran Bendahara Pengiran Anak Abdul Rahman, the late parents of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, and for Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji ‘Abdul ‘Azim. The ceremony, held at the Royal Mausoleum located at Jalan Kubah Makam Diraja along Jalan Tutong, Surah Yaasiin followed by a Tahlil recitation led by Progresif’s Public Relations and Communications Support, Mohammad Rusydi bin Haji Morsidi.
The event was attended by Progresif's Chairman, Mohammad Harris bin Brigadier Jeneral (B) Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim, as well as Board member Kamal Ariffin bin Pehin Dato Haji Ahmad, the senior management team, and Progresif Sdn Bhd employees, who gathered to pay their respects and honor the memory of the late royal family members.
