1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your participation in the Ding! To Fly campaign (“Campaign”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs and Progresif’s general terms of service.

2. Eligibility

• The Campaign is open to all Ding! users with verified wallets.
• To collect Royal Skies Miles, participants must be a valid member of the Royal Skies frequent flyer program of Royal Brunei Airlines.
• Miles earned through Ding! purchases can only be awarded to Royal Skies accounts under the same name as the Ding! wallet holder.

3. Campaign Mechanics

3.1 Link & Earn (One-Time Reward)

• Users who link their Royal Skies account to their Ding! wallet via the CARE+ App will receive a one-time bonus of 50 Royal Skies miles within 7 – 14 working days.
• This reward is valid for first-time links only and must be completed within the campaign period.
• If a user changes the Royal Skies account originally linked to their Ding! wallet, the one-time reward will no longer apply.

3.2 Spend & Earn (Miles)

• Every BND $20 spent in a single transaction using Ding! at a Ding! Merchant earns 20 Royal Skies miles.

• Miles will be credited to the linked Royal Skies account between 1 –3 working days.
• Entries are automatically tracked in the Ding! wallet dashboard.

3.3 Spend & Earn (Lucky Draw Entries)

• Every BND $10 spent in a single transaction using Ding! at a Ding! Merchant earns 1 lucky draw entry.
• Entries are automatically tracked in the Ding! wallet dashboard.

• Draws are open to all Ding! users, regardless of Royal Skies membership.
• Winners will be randomly selected and contacted.
• If a winner does not respond within 3 working days, Progresif reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

5. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for ensuring their Royal Skies membership number is correctly inputted when linking to their Ding! wallet.
• The Royal Skies membership number linked must belong to the Ding! account holder.
• Transactions must be completed during the campaign period to qualify.
• Users must comply with all Royal Skies and Ding! account usage policies.

6. Data & Privacy

By participating, users agree that Progresif and Royal Brunei Airlines may collect and use personal data for the purposes of administering the campaign, awarding rewards, and communications related to this campaign.

7. General Conditions

• Progresif reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time.
• Fraudulent, incomplete, or abusive activity may result in disqualification.
• All rewards and prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
