IPHONE 18 BIBD PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) shall be applicable to the Promotion commencing on 25 September 2026 until 26 November 2026.

ELIGIBILITY  

1. This promotion is open to BIBD Credit Cardholders who purchase iPhone 18 or iPhone Duo models from Progresif Sdn Bhd (“Progresif”). 

2. To qualify for this promotion, customers must:

·       Purchase an iPhone 18 or iPhone Duo model from Progresif;

·       Make payment using a valid BIBD Credit Card; and

·       Make a minimum upfront payment of BND500.00. 

3. The promotion is applicable to purchases made at:

·       Progresif Store, The Mall, Gadong

4.     Each iPhone 18 Pro device purchased under this Promotion must be paid for using one (1) eligible BIBD Credit Card.

PROMOTION DETAILS

5. Eligible customers will receive a BND200.00 cash rebate upon fulfilling all qualifying criteria under this promotion

6. The BND200.00 cash rebate will be processed and awarded within 4 weeks from the date of purchase, subject to verification of the qualifying transaction and fulfilment of all applicable Terms & Conditions.

7. The promotion is limited to the first 20 qualifying iPhone 18 or iPhone Duo units purchased using a BIBD Credit Card, or two (2) months from the commencement of the promotion, whichever comes first.

8. The promotion will commence on 25 September 2026, subject to change depending on the availability of iPhone 18 or iPhone Duo devices.

9. For purchases made at Progresif Stores and Progresif Pop-Up Stores, the qualifying sequence will be determined based on the date and time the transaction is successfully completed.

10. For purchases made through the Progresif Web Store, the qualifying sequence will be determined based on the date and time the order is successfully placed and payment is completed, subject to verification of the qualifying criteria.

GENERAL

11. The promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, voucher, or offer unless otherwise stated by Progresif.

12. Progresif reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any transaction and customer before awarding the BND200.00 cash rebate.

13. Progresif reserves the right to disqualify any transaction that does not meet the qualifying criteria or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the promotion. 

14. In the event of any dispute regarding the eligibility, qualifying sequence, or entitlement under this promotion, the decision of Progresif shall be final.

15. Progresif reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, or terminate this promotion or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice, subject to applicable requirements.

16. By participating in this promotion, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and consent to Progresif using and sharing their relevant information for the purposes of administering the promotion
