UPGRADE
- I currently have a Progresif Mobile Plan without contract and wish to upgrade:
- There will be no processing fee to upgrade your plan.
- However, you are required to pay any remaining balance due before taking up the bundle.
- I currently have a Mobile Device with an existing contract and wish to upgrade:
- There will be no processing fee to upgrade your plan.
- However, you are required to pay any remaining balance due and/or any remaining balance due from your Rent-To-Own plans before taking up the bundle.
- Once upgraded, your contract will restart, and your new 18-month contract will begin.
DOWNGRADE
- I currently have a Mobile Device without contract and wish to downgrade:
- There will be a $10.00 administration
- You are required to pay any remaining balance due before taking up the bundle
- I currently have a Progresif Mobile Plan with an existing contract and wish to downgrade:
- There will be a $100.00 penalty fee
- You are required to pay any remaining balance due and/or any remaining balance due from your Rent-To-Own plans before taking up the bundle.
- Once downgraded, your contract will restart, and your new 18-month contract will begin.
