When providing personal data, you warrant and represent that personal data disclosed by you is accurate and complete.

- To verify your identity and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including customer due diligence and onboarding requirements, as well as to process orders and applications for Services.
- To provide the Services and to facilitate interconnection and inter-operability between service providers including telecommunications licensees in providing the Services.
- To respond and deal with enquiries or complaints, resolve issues and for other customer-care activities.
- To generate bills, facilitate the payment of bills, manage accounts and for debt-recovery functions.
- To carry out credit checks and assess creditworthiness.
- To design, develop, test, and improve our products, services, features, and digital platforms, including enhancing functionality, usability, and performance
- To manage, develop and improve our business operations to serve you better, including analysing usage patterns, improving our services, optimizing internal processes, enhancing customer experience and supporting operational efficiency
- To provide value-added, delivery and directory assistance services.
- To administer customer loyalty benefits, reward benefits, promotions, contests and lucky draws.

- Requests to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications are managed by Customer Care.
- Individuals may withdraw their consent for marketing by calling our Customer Care Hotline at 177.

- Requests to access, correct, or delete personal data are handled by the Data Protection Officer.
- All such requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
