Re-registration for Prepaid Mobile lines will begin from 2 January 2025 until 31 December 2025. We advise that you wait until the re-registration period starts or once you receive the official SMS from Progresif.
You can start your re-registration once you receive an SMS from Progresif and fill out the online registration form available on the Progresif website starting 2 January 2025. After completing the form, simply visit your nearest Progresif Store to complete the in-person verification.
No, there are no fees or payments required during the re-registration process.
Yes, all Prepaid users are required to re-register once they receive an official SMS from Progresif.
No, if you are a Postpaid user, you do not need to re-register your line. Only Prepaid users are required to complete the re-registration process.
Yes, you will be able to keep your current number and SIM card after completing the re-registration process. The re-registration only updates your information, not your number or SIM card.
If you have changed your Prepaid plan to Postpaid, you do not need to re-register. You may upgrade your plan online at progresif.com or visit your nearest Progresif Store.
Yes, you would need to re-register all the Prepaid numbers under your name. Once your child turns 12 and has their own valid IC, they can update or re-register to the number under their own name.
If you are outside of Brunei, you can re-register through the online form provided and appoint a representative to complete the in-person verification on your behalf.

Every month, the first 1,500 subscribers to re-register will receive 5GB data and the rest will receive 1GB data. The free data is valid for 3 days.

Jika awda sudah menukar pelan Prepaid awda ke Postpaid, awda tidak perlu mendaftar semula. Awda boleh menaik tarafkan pelan awda secara online di laman rasmi Progresif atau kunjungi cawangan Progresif yang berdekatan.
Ya, awda perlu mendaftar semula semua nombor Prepaid di bawah nama awda. Setelah anak awda berumur 12 tahun dan mempunyai kad pengenalan yang sah, mereka boleh mengemas kini atau mendaftar semula nombor tersebut dibawah nama mereka sendiri.
Jika awda berada di luar Negara Brunei Darussalam, awda boleh mendaftar semula melalui borang online yang disediakan di laman web Progresif dan melantik wakil untuk melengkapkan pengesahan secara bersemuka bagi pihak awda.
