GoMamam Delivers is a value-added service (VAS) available to Progresif customers as a monthly add-on or a one-time subscription. With this service, you’ll receive 4 FREE GoMamam deliveries per month on any of their offerings, excluding electronics.

This service is available to all Progresif Postpaid Mobile and Home WiFi customers with a 12-month contract. Additionally, all Progresif customers are able to subscribe to a one-time 12-month package through the Progresif CARE+ app.

The service costs $5.00 per month, charged to your bill, and you’ll receive 4 free deliveries each month (48 free deliveries per year). It is available with any 12-month Postpaid Mobile or Home WiFi plan and can be purchased through the Progresif webstore or at any Progresif Store. 

For CARE+ users, the service is available for a 1-year duration at a total price of $60.00, with no contract required. For the first three months, CARE+ users can purchase the service at a promotional price of $50.00. 

  • In-Store/Webstore Purchases: The code will be provided by a Progresif representative upon successful registration.
  • CARE+ Purchases: The code will be sent via SMS to your primary mobile number.

 

  • Each unique code is valid for 12 months from the month it is issued (e.g., if issued on January 6, it will be valid until December 31). 
  • No, unused deliveries do not carry over to the following month. 
  • To redeem your free delivery, simply enter the unique code on the GoMamam platform during checkout.

If you attempt to redeem more than 4 times in a month, a notification will appear saying, "Voucher does not exist," and the system will prevent any further redemptions until the following month.

Note: If you have an early termination or fail to pay your monthly bills, causing your account to be terminated, your code will be deactivated and cannot be redeemed. 

  • For customers on a contract plan: Subscribing to GoMamam Delivers will reset your contract to 12 months.
  • For customers with a contract and installment plan: The contract will be reset to 12 months, but your device installment plan will remain unchanged.
  • If your current contract is already longer than 12 months, it will not be reset.

Setiap kod unik adalah sah selama 12 bulan dari bulan ia dikeluarkan (contohnya, jika dikeluarkan pada 6 Januari, ia akan sah sehingga 31 Disember).

Tidak, penghantaran yang tidak digunakan tidak akan dibawa ke bulan berikutnya.

Untuk menebus penghantaran percuma, masukkan kod unik semasa proses pembayaran di platform GoMamam.

Jika awda cuba menebus lebih daripada 4 kali dalam sebulan, satu pemberitahuan akan muncul mengatakan, "Voucher tidak wujud," dan sistem akan menghalang penebusan seterusnya sehingga bulan berikutnya.

Nota: Jika awda mengalami penamatan awal atau gagal membayar bil bulanan anda yang menyebabkan akaun awda ditamatkan, kod awda akan dinyahaktifkan dan tidak boleh ditebus.

  • Untuk pelanggan dengan pelan kontrak: Melanggan GoMamam Delivers akan menetapkan semula kontrak awda kepada 12 bulan.
  • Untuk pelanggan dengan kontrak dan pelan ansuran: Kontrak akan ditetapkan semula kepada 12 bulan, tetapi pelan ansuran peranti awda akan kekal tidak berubah.
  • Jika kontrak semasa awda sudah melebihi 12 bulan, ia tidak akan ditetapkan semula.
