Anyone who is currently subscribed to a Progresif service e.g. Home WiFi, Prepaid Mobile Plan or Postpaid Mobile plan can get a Ding! wallet. There is no age or nationality requirements. You also don't need a bank account to sign up.
New users of Progresif CARE+
You can get a Ding! Wallet by downloading the Progresif CARE+ app from Google Play Store or App Store and linking your service (Mobile or Home WiFi) to your account. Then you may follow the steps below:
Ding! wallet > Activate your Ding! wallet > Set your PIN > Add money using your Prepaid balance, Postpaid bill or a credit/debit card.
Existing users of Progresif CARE+
You would need to update your Progresif CARE+ app on Google Play Store or App Store. Then you may follow the steps below:
Ding! wallet > Activate your Ding! wallet > Set your PIN > Add money using your Prepaid balance, Postpaid bill or a credit/debit card
You will receive $5 in your Ding! wallet within 1 – 3 working days of activation.
