1. How do I get a 5G Prepaid Starter Pack?
You can purchase 5G Prepaid Starter Pack from a Progresif Store, any Incomm branch or order it online at progresif.com for $10 and it comes with a FREE SIM and pre-loaded credit balance of $10.
2. How many SIM cards can I have under my account?
You can only have 10 Prepaid SIM cards under one account.
3. How do I activate my line?
Once you have inserted your SIM card into your phone, you can activate your line by making your first call to any number and your line will be activated with pre-loaded $10 credit. Once activated, your SIM and pre-loaded $10 credit will be valid for 30 days. In order to keep your line active, all you need to do is Top Up your line before your 30-day validity ends.

5. Is there a Prepaid USSD menu that I can use for easy access?
You can dial *177# and press send. The drop-menu will include:

• Credit Transfer
• Purchase Add-On
6. How long is my Top Up valid for?
$5 Top Up is valid for 30 days. All other denominations for $6 above are valid for 90 days.
Note: Validity is not accumulative and starts from the day you Top Up.
7. Will I receive notifications when my credit is running low?
Yes, you will receive SMS notification once your credit balance is below $5, and also when your credit balance is $1.
8. How do I Top Up my account?
You can Top Up your line either with Progresif CARE+, Progresif PAY, Progresif Kiosk, online through BIBD, Baiduri Bank, SCB, TAIB, Pocket and Tfop Up with scratch cards by dialing *177*1# PIN no. and press send.
9. How do I Top Up for another account?
You can Top Up for another account using Progresif CARE+, Progresif PAY, Pocket App, online through banks such as BIBD, Baiduri Bank, SCB, TAIB and www.mybillpayment.com. You can also Dial *177*2# Mobile No. & PIN no. and press send.
10. How do I check my credit balance?
You can view your credit balance through Progresif CARE+, or dial *179# and press send, or you can dial *177# to access our USSD menu and press ‘3’.
11. How do I transfer my credit balance to another account?
You can transfer your credit balance using the Progresif CARE+ app. Alternatively, you dial *177# to access our USSD menu and press ‘4’.
12. How many types of Add-ons does 5G Prepaid have?
Prepaid has various Add-ons:
• Long Validity Data Add-ons
• Short Validity Data Add-ons
• Talk & Text Pack Add-ons
• Combo Pack
Note: Your data speed will depend whether you are using a 4G or 5G network.

14. What will happen if I have used up my data from my Combo Pack?
Your services will be stopped until you purchase a new Data Add-on.
15. Does my Combo Pack renew if I do not have enough credit balance for the renewal?
No, you will be renewed once you Top Up your line before it suspends.
16. How can I unsubscribe to my Combo Pack or switch to different combo pack?
You can unsubscribe or switch plans using SMS or CARE+

You can switch plans any time by clicking ‘Switch Plan’ in your Plan Details page and selecting a different Combo Pack. Please note that once you switch to a new plan, your previous plan will be forfeited.
17. What is Reserve Data and what can I use it for?
Reserve Data are data rewards that you receive when you purchase selected Data Add-ons and Combo Packs on YO! Prepaid. They are valid for 3 days after the main validity of your Add-on/Combo Pack purchase. You can use your reserve data to connect online on local use, and it will be after the main data exhausted
18. Can I purchase multiple types of Add-ons?
Yes, you can purchase multiple types of Add-ons from Short, Long or Talk and text at the same time and provided you have enough credit balance. However, the validity starts upon successful purchase, and it is not accumulative.
Note: Combo Packs can only be purchased one at the time.
19. I have purchased multiple Data Add-ons. Which will be utilised first?
The data usage priority will be as follows;
• Short Validity Data Add-on
• Long Validity Data Add-on or Combo Pack (whichever comes first)
• Reserve Data
• Main balance
20. I have purchased Talk & Text Data Add-on and Combo Pack. Which will be utilized first?
The Talk & Text usage priority will be as follows;
• Talk & Text Add-on/Combo Pack (whichever comes first)

21. What is the new Prepaid Fair Usage Policy (FUP) for Voice and SMS on One Mobile Combo Packs?
We have introduced a new FUP for One Mobile Combo Pack Add-ons where there will be a quota for your calls and SMS based on the Add-on you have purchased. You may refer to the table below:
22. When will the quotas refresh?
The quotas will refresh when your Add-on is renewed.
23. How long are the Voice and SMS quotas valid for?
The Voice and SMS quota is valid for 30 days from the day you purchase your One Mobile Combo Pack Add-on or its renewal.
24. What happens when I reach the threshold of my quota for Voice or SMS?
Once you reach your quota threshold on either Voice or SMS, you cannot use the service until you purchase a new Add-on.
25. Will I be notified when I reach my quota limit?
Yes, you will be notified via SMS that you have reached 100% threshold of your quota for either Voice or SMS.
26. How will the usage of my Voice and SMS be used if I have Add-ons?
The usage of your Voice and SMS quotas will be used according to the following:
Talk n Text Add-on > One Mobile Combo Pack Add-on > Main account credit balance
27. I still have unused Voice and SMS quota. Will it be carried over to the following month?
No, it will not be carried over. Your quota will refresh upon the renewal of your Combo Pack Add-on.
28. I have an existing One Mobile Combo Pack Add-on. How will the new FUP affect me?
The new FUP will only start upon the renewal of your One Mobile Combo Pack Add-on following the date of launch.
29. Will I receive notifications when I have used-up my Add-ons?
Yes, you will receive notifications when you have used up 80% and 100% of your Add-ons.
30. Will I receive notifications when my Add-on is expiring?
No, you will not receive any notification. But you may check your Add-on validity through the Progresif CARE+ App.
31. What is the lifecycle for Credit Refunds after my line becomes inactive?
Depending on when you Top Up your line after your line becomes inactive, you will get your credit refund based on the following cycle:
