1. What is the Postpaid Mobile?
The Postpaid Mobile is a flexible plan that provides customers with the ability to choose a starting monthly data amount, and adjust their own data spend every month according to their needs. It allows customers to only pay for what they use because they get the freedom and control to add or upgrade data only when they need it, every month, and they get to carryover base plan and addon data to the end of next month that they do not manage to finish in that month.
2. Is the Postpaid Mobile 5G+ enabled?
Yes, all our plans are 5G+ enabled.
3. What are the Plan rates for the Postpaid Mobile?
· Customer can sign for any of the following Base Plans for the monthly Postpaid:
(1) Postpaid 1GB at $10.00
(2) Postpaid 5GB at $20.00
(3) Postpaid 10GB at $30.00
(4) Postpaid 25GB at $50.00
· All Base Plans come with Unlimited local calls and text to all local networks.
· Base plan data can be carryover to the end of next month if it is not used up within that month
· Customer can add or upgrade data at 5GB for $10 at any time. Customer will receive a SMS notification to confirm the Data Upgrade. Any added or upgraded data that customer does not finish using carryover until the end of next month.
· Customer can also upgrade 10GB or 20GB at any time. Customer will receive a SMS notification to confirm the Data Upgrade. Any added or upgraded data that customer does not finish using will be carry over until the end of next month.
· Customer’s Data Upgrades will be charged to their bill, together with the base plan, which the customer will receive at the end of the month.
· Customer’s plan will reset back to the base plan the next month
4. How do customers Upgrade for more Data for Postpaid Plan?
Customers can upgrade for more data at any time by sending the text below to 39100, and it will be charged onto next bill:

Upgrading data is One-off and does not auto-renew.
Customers can also add or upgrade via the Progresif Care app. All they need to do is create an Account to manage their line.
5. How can customers know if they have used up their Data?
SMS notifications for data use will be sent:

70% | Hi, 70% of your <One Plan Mobile> has been used up. Want more data? Text "Yes" or “Upgrade” to 39100 to get 5GB for $10. |
100% | Your <One Plan Mobile> has been used up. Want more data? Text "Yes" or “Upgrade” to 39100 to get 5GB for $10. |
Failure SMS | Something went wrong – please try again or call us at 177 for information. |
6. How will customers get their monthly bill?
We’ve gone paperless and offer eBill to our customers which can be viewed on our Progresif Care app and/ or sent directly to customer’s email inbox. If customer is an existing customer and has not subscribed to eBill, the customer may do so by contacting their Corporate Sales representative, through our website or using Progresif Care.
