1. What is Home WiFi?
Our Home WiFi plans are high-speed broadband packages that deliver reliable internet at great value. Choose from speeds of 100Mbps, 200Mbps, 500Mbps, or 1Gbps to suit your household needs.
2. Where can I sign up for a Home WiFi plan?
You can sign up online at progresif.com or visit your nearest Progresif Store.For 1Gbps plans, please check if your area is eligible before signing up. You can view the list of covered areas on our website or call our Progresif hotline at 177 for assistance.
3. Does the Home WiFi plan come with a fixed line?
Yes, your Home WiFi plan includes a fixed line. A monthly rental fee of $10 will be added to your bill.
4. Can I keep my current fixed line number when switching to Progresif?
Absolutely. You can retain your existing number when you switch to Progresif.
5. Are there any contract options, and will I be charged an installation fee?
Yes, you can choose from the following contract options, each with a different installation fee:
• No contract: $100 installation fee
• 12-month contract: $50 installation fee
• 24-month contract: Installation fee is waived
6. How long does installation take, and will I get a router?
Installation typically takes 1 to 7 working days, depending on UNN’s third-party contractor. If you're a new customer signing up for a Home WiFi plan, a router will be provided.
7. Will I receive notifications about my data usage?
Yes, you'll receive SMS alerts when:
• You've used 80% of your data
• You've used 100% of your data
Both notifications will include a prompt to top up with additional data if needed.
8. Will I receive any additional benefits when signing up for a Home WiFi plan?
Yes! It will vary based on the plan and contract duration you choose. Here's what you can get:

• Or pay in installments at $7.99/month (available with 12- or 24-month contracts)
• If you're on a 1.5TB plan or below with a VAS on installment under a 24-month contract, VAS charges apply only for the first 12 months — no charges after that

9. Can I use my Home WiFi data on Nationwide WiFi?
Yes, your Home WiFi plan gives you access to Nationwide WiFi hotspots. Simply log in using:

10. I am an existing Progresif customer. Can I upgrade or downgrade my Home WiFi plan?
Yes, you can request to upgrade or downgrade your current plan. Please refer to the details below:
If you have a Home WiFi plan without a contract:
• Upgrade:
• No processing fee — it’s free!
• You must settle any past due amounts before upgrading.
• Downgrade:
• A $10 administration fee applies.
• You must settle any past due amounts before downgrading.
If you have a Home WiFi plan with an existing contract:
• Upgrade:
• No processing fee — it’s free!
• Your contract will reset, starting a new 12- or 24-month term.
• Any past due amounts must be paid before upgrading.
• Downgrade:
• A $100 penalty fee applies.
• Your contract will reset, starting a new 12- or 24-month term.
• Any past due amounts must be paid before downgrading.
Important Note for customers with device bundles:
If your contract is tied to a device bundle, the following credit policy applies per IC holder:
• Maximum of one (1) device at $0 upfront; and/or
• Maximum of one (1) device with upfront payment; and/or
• Maximum of one (1) device on an installment plan
11. Will my remaining base data or add-ons carry over if I upgrade or downgrade to a new plan?
No. When you switch plans, any unused data from your previous plan or add-ons will not be carried over.
12. What happens if I terminate my contract before it ends?
You are required to pay the remaining rental fees for the unused months on your contract.
13. What happens when my contract ends?
Your plan will continue as usual with no interruption once your contract expires.
14. How will I get my bill?
We have gone paperless and offer eBill to our customers, which can be viewed on our Progresif CARE+ app or sent directly to your email inbox.
15. How do I know if my area is eligible for the 1Gbps plan?

17. How do I purchase Data Add-ons for my Progresif Fibre plan?
You can purchase Data Add-ons via the CARE+ app and it will be charged to your next bill. The validity of your Data Add-on will depend on the purchase date, and any remaining data will be carried over to the next month subject to its expiry date.
18. How do I purchase Data Add-ons for my Home WiFi plan?
You can easily buy Data Add-ons through the CARE+ app. Charges will appear on your next bill. The validity period starts from the purchase date, and any unused add-on data may carry over to the next month, subject to its expiry.
19. When does the validity of my Data Add-on begin?
Your Data Add-on becomes valid immediately upon successful purchase in the CARE+ app.
20. If I buy a Data Add-on while I still have data in my base plan, which one gets used first?
By default, your base plan data will be used first. However, if you have a valid Data Add-on carried over from a previous month, the carried-over Data Add-on will be used before your base plan data.
